Brot Inbhir Cuilinn – brot uachdrach le adag smocte, buntàta is uinneanan agus aran ùr blasta ri thaobh. Cullen Skink – creamy soup with smoked haddock, potatoes and onions and fresh new bread on the side 
Am Prìomh Chùrsa Main Course 
Stiubha Sithinn – sitheann Sgitheanach air a bruich gu slaodach ann an sabhs le leann dubh is silidh caorainn, buntàta pronn is glasraich ùr air an taobh. Venison Stew – Skye venison slow–cooked in a dark ale sauce and rowan jelly, mashed potatoes and new vegetables on the side 
Am Mìlsean Dessert 
Crannachan – uachdar tiugh dùbailte le sùibheagan Albannach, min–choirce, uisge–beatha agus mil an fhraoich. Crannachan – thick double cream with Scottish raspberries, oatmeal, whisky and heather honey
