Roimhearan riochdail - le

Prepositional pronouns – le

You might want to talk about what people like and what they dislike! As with many things in Gaelic, it’s a case of getting to grips with the correct prepositional pronoun. Check out the ones made from le (with).

le + mi leam with me
le + thu leat with you
le + e leis with him / it
le + i leatha with her / it
le + sinn leinn with us
le + sibh leibh with you
le + iad leotha with them

This gives us a whole range of sentences we can use to discuss people’s likes and dislikes.
