We looked closely at the question Carson (Why) in Cuspair 2 and we saw different ways that we say the word 'because …' in Gaelic.
We have to use the subordinate clause with the phrases with 's at the end.

I will do more recycling because that will reduce the amount of rubbish.

We'll have to throw away less rubbish because rubbish damages the environment.
The conjunction oir links two independent clauses.
