Many people now understand that they need to exercise to keep themselves fit and healthy, and the ways in which people exercise are constantly changing.
There is a big demand for a number of exercises that used not be so big or so popular, some of which came from foreign countries, for example: yoga, Pilates, and Zumba, but a handful of them have become more attractive to people: running , cycling, and swimming—especially outdoor swimming, or 'wild swimming'.
Nowadays we have many ways to exercise and keep ourselves healthy.
We have no more excuses!
