I am a Scot (lit. It’s a Scot that is in me).
and how we use ‘S ann | Chan ann with a roimhear (a preposition), for example:
‘S ann à Alba a tha mi.
I’m from Scotland (lit. it’s from Scotland that I am).
We can also use ‘S ann with a gnìomhair (verb):
‘S ann a chaidh sinn a dh’Alba.
